הרב שחר בן דוד הינו אברך כולל, החל את לימודיו בבית ההוראה “אפיקי מים” בשנת תשע”ח. כיום הינו משיב בפועל בבית ההוראה ‘תפארת ציון’ גדרה. משמש גם מדריך חתנים.

נוסד בשנת תשס”ז בשכונת רמות בירושלים.
כיום משיבים מטעם בית ההוראה למעלה מ 300 רבנים, בכ -100 ערים ברחבי הארץ והעולם
