בית הוראה ‘אפיקי מים’ בראשות הגאון הגדול הרב משה פנירי שליט”א
נוסד בשנת תשס”ז בשכונת רמות בירושלים.
כיום משיבים מטעם בית ההוראה למעלה מ 300 רבנים, בכ -100 ערים ברחבי הארץ והעולם
